The new performance “Skazka” (Fairytale) is based on the work of A. Pushkin “Skazka o mertvoy tsarevne i semi bogatyryakh” (the Russian version of “Snowhite and the seven dwarfs”), where the accumulating wisdom of life itself is based on the text written by the author. Through performing rituals, the text is revealed, in which the elements of the story, symbolic characters that meet on the path of the Prince – the Wind, the Sun are all present. New angles on the story is presented: The young Princess and the Queen appear as one character, and in the performance, the stages of human life are shown: birth, growing up, wedding, ageing and death. The cycle of life is presented on stage through the plasticity of the dancers, where through their physical connect and how they connect, a red thread appears connecting fantasy, unreality with the present day.
